摘要
目的对舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果进行分析。方法取普外科腹腔镜手术患者为此研究对象,共计82例,患者收治时间在2018年4月—2019年4月,按照随机分组软件分为对照组与试验组,分别实施常规护理、舒适护理,护理结束后比较两组患者下床时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分。结果试验组患者下床时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中有着重要的应用价值,缩短了患者下床与住院时间,不仅降低了患者的疼痛度,也提高了患者的睡眠质量。
Objective The application effect of comfort nursing in general surgery laparoscopy was analyzed.Methods A total of 82 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery for general surgery.The patients were admitted from April 2018 to April 2019.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the randomized grouping software.They were routinely and comfortably treated.After nursing,the two groups of patients were compared for bed time,hospital stay,pain score,and sleep quality score.Results Patients in the experimental group had lower bedtime,length of stay,pain score,and sleep quality score than the control group,and the comparison data between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing has important application value in general surgery laparoscopic surgery,shortens the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization of patients,not only reduces the pain of patients,but also improves the quality of sleep of patients,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
