摘要
目的探讨赋能教育在维持性血液透析患者血管通路自我管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月—2018年12月在本院血液透析中心行维持性血液透析的患者120例作为研究对象。通过随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组接受常规健康教育模式;观察组接受赋能教育模式。观察两组在健康教育回访的最后1次的自我管理能力评分及在治疗过程中的血管通路并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的自我我管理能力(规律透析、正确护理内瘘、遵医用药、合理饮食、合理运动、干体重增<3%)评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的血管通路并发症总发生率为5.00%明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论赋能教育在维持性血液透析患者血管通路自我管理中的应用效果显著,可有效的提升患者自我管理能力,从而降低患者血管通路的并发症发生率。在临床管理中。
Objective To explore the application value of empowerment education in self-management of vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 120 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hemodialysis center from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group by random number method.The control group received routine health education mode,while the observation group received empowerment education mode.The self-management ability score and the incidence of vascular access complications in the last health education visit were observed.Results The scores of self-management ability(regular dialysis,correct nursing fistula,medical compliance,reasonable diet,reasonable exercise,dry weight gain<3%)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of vascular access complications in the observation group was 5.00%lower than that in the control group(16.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empowerment education in the self-management of vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis patients has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients and reduce the incidence of complications of vascular access.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical management.
