摘要
通过分析叶轮流道区域的形状特点,使用HyperMill软件编制分层分区域的叶轮粗加工刀具路径;计算出叶轮流道精加工的步距,编制叶轮精加工程序。通过切削仿真实验,分析叶轮精加工切削力,进而优选叶轮精加工切削参数。采用该方法有效提高了叶轮加工效率和加工质量。
By analyzing the shape characteristics of the impeller passage area,HyperMill was used to generate the layered and divisional tool pathfor the impeller rough machining.The step distance of impeller passage finishing was calculated,and the impeller finishing program was generated.Through cutting simulation experiment,the cutting force of the impeller finishing was analyzed,and the cutting parameters of the impeller finishing were optimized.The impeller machining efficiency and quality are improved by using the method.
