摘要
目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐片片对血管性痴呆患者简易智力状态检查(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、日常生活活动能力(Activities of daily living,ADL)的影响。方法选择2018年4月~2019年10月在我院诊断治疗的血管性痴呆患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,比较治疗后两组MMSE、Barthel指数。结果(1)治疗后,两组治疗后MMSE评分较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组治疗后Barthel评分较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆可显著改善患者MMSE评分与日常生活活动能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of donepezil hydrochloride tablets on Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)and activities of daily living(ADL)in patients with vascular dementia.Methods 60 patients with vascular dementia diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given donepezil hydrochloride tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The MMSE and Barthel indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results(1)After treatment,the MMSE score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the Barthel score was higher in the two groups after treatment than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride tablets can significantly improve the MMSE score and the ability of daily living in patients with vascular dementia.
