摘要
类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性难治性免疫性疾病,以多个小关节变形和破坏为特征,伴有慢性持续性的关节疼痛。关节疼痛影响了全世界数百万人口的身心健康,但目前人们对RA关节疼痛的发生机制仍不明确。本文阐述了关节的感觉神经分布和导致疼痛感觉产生的神经生理学过程,并详细探讨了与RA疼痛有关的炎症、外周和中枢机制,以期通过这些机制更有效地缓解RA疼痛。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic refractory immune disease characterized by deformation and destruction of multiple facet joint accompanied by chronic persistent joint pain.Joint pain affects the physical and mental health of millions of people around the world,but the current mechanism of joint pain in RA is still unclear.This review described the distribution of sensory nerves in the joints and the neurophysiological processes leading to pain sensation,and explored the inflammation,peripheral,and central mechanisms associated with RA pain in detail in order to more effectively alleviate RA pain through these mechanisms.
