上皮-间质转化在恶性肿瘤发病和侵袭转移中的作用研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 近年来,上皮-间质转化(EMT)在恶性肿瘤中的作用得到重视,而信号通路如TGF-β、Wnt、Notch以及Hedgehog(Hh)、黏蛋白(MUC)、微小核糖核酸(miRNA)、转录因子和生长因子等均参与了EMT形成过程。本研究将结合以上信号通路及相关因子介质对EMT在各系统恶性肿瘤发病和侵袭转移中的作用做简要综述。 Recent years,the role of epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in malignant tumors has been valued.The related signaling pathways such as TGF-β、Wnt、Notch and Hedgehog(Hh),mucin(MUC),microRNA(miRNA),transcription factors,growth factors and so on,have been involved in the course of EMT.This paper will briefly review the role of EMT in the pathogenesis and invasion of various malignant tumors from the above signaling pathways and related factor media.
