摘要
茶末是茶叶加工过程产生的一类副产物。该文综述近几年关于茶末应用的研究现状,包括茶末中功能成分的提取纯化,茶末在动物饲料、吸附剂、烟草等方面的应用研究进展。展望茶末的利用途径,为茶末的开发提供思路和参考。
Tea dust were the by-product of the tea processing.This paper reviewed the research status of tea dust application in recent years,Including the extraction and purification of functional components,and the research process in animal feed,sorbent,tobacco,etc.It looked ahead the utilization of tea dust,and provided ideas and reference for development of tea dust.
