摘要
目的以肺结核合并糖尿病为方向,探究护理干预对该病患者生活质量的影响。方法研究进展期间为2018年8月—2019年8月,病例样本对象为此阶段内于该院诊治的80例肺结核合并糖尿病患者,随即将其分为两组,一组患者接受常规护理,为对照组。一组患者在常规护理的基础上接受护理干预,为观察组。从而为各自治疗结果的对比提供参考。结果通过对患者护理后的血糖指标进行评定可知,观察组低于对照组,且经过对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量评分方面,观察组患者的各项评分均显著优于对照组患者的各项评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核合并糖尿病中,在治疗的同时给予患者护理干预,可以显著降低患者的血糖水平、提升其生活质量,效果显著。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with tuberculosis and diabetes.Methods The research progress period was from August 2018 to August 2019.The case sample subjects were 80 patients with tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated in the hospital during this period,and then they were divided into two groups.One group of patients received routine care as the control group.A group of patients received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing as the observation group.So as to provide a reference for the comparison of the respective treatment results.Results By evaluating the patient's blood glucose index after nursing,the observation group's result was much lower than that of the control group,and after comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the quality of life score,the scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes,nursing intervention during treatment can significantly reduce the patient's blood glucose level and improve their quality of life.The effect is significant.
