摘要
在油田节能监测工作中,示功图是分析油田抽油机井深井泵工作情况、计算抽油机系统效率的重要手段。通过正确分析示功图,了解深井泵的结构组成、工作原理,同时结合油田实时生产动态数据,使得节能工作者更好的掌握抽油机井地上、地下的工况,准确计算出地面效率以及井下效率,并制定出更加切实可行的监督测计划,也可以为后续监测或其他节能报告的编写过程中,提供更加详实、准确的现场实际与理论依据分析,保证节能工作更加精准高效的进行,也能为采油单位提供更加完备的技术支持,从而节约成本。
In the oil field energy saving monitoring work,indicator diagram is an important means to analyze the deep well pump work and calculate the pumping unit system efficiency.Indicator diagram by correct analysis and understanding of the deep well pump structure,working principle,and combining with the oilfield production real-time dynamic data,makes the energy conservation workers to better grasp the working condition of pumping Wells on the ground and underground,accurately calculate the efficiency of the ground and downhole efficiency,and to develop a more practical and feasible supervision and test plan,can also be for subsequent monitoring or other energy saving report writing process,provide a more detailed and accurate analysis of actual and theoretical basis of the guarantee a more accurate and efficient energy saving,also for production units to provide more comprehensive technical support,thus saving the cost.
