摘要
目的观察补肾断续汤对胫骨中下段骨折患者炎症细胞因子的影响,评价其疗效。方法选择该院2018年5月—2019年11月收治的胫骨中下段骨折患者,从中筛选90例患者作为该次研究的对象,数字法随机分为两组,两组病例数相同。对照组患者采用髓内钉固定植骨术治疗,研究组患者在此基础上加用补肾断续汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分、骨折愈合时间、炎症细胞因子水平、Johner-Wruhs评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者血清C反应蛋白(21.51±8.43)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子(1.21±0.57)ng/mL、白细胞介素6(76.52±14.08)ng/mL低于对照组(43.29±8.56)mg/L、(4.14±0.52)ng/mL、(129.81±14.24)ng/mL,研究组VAS评分(2.97±0.35)分、骨折愈合时间(5.61±0.47)周优于对照组(5.06±0.33)分、(6.84±0.39)周,差异有统计学意义(t=3.804、3.861、3.936、3.842、3.734,P<0.05);研究组Johner-Wruhs评分优良率95.56%明显高于对照组77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.604,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,采用补肾断续汤治疗胫骨中下段骨折患者可以明显降低患者体内炎症细胞因子水平,能够减轻患者的疼痛感,缩短骨折愈合时间,能够促进患者下肢功能恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Duanxu Decoction on inflammatory cytokines in patients with middle and lower tibial fractures and to evaluate its efficacy.Methods The patients with fractures of the middle and lower tibia treated in the hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected,and 90 patients were selected as the object of this study.The digital method was randomly divided into two groups,with the same number of cases.The patients in the control group were treated with intramedullary nail fixation and bone grafting,and the patients in the study group were treated with Bushen Duanxu Decoction on this basis.Observe the pain scores,fracture healing time,inflammatory cytokine levels,and Johner-Wruhs scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum C-reactive protein(21.51±8.43)mg/L,tumor necrosis factor(1.21±0.57)ng/mL,and interleukin 6(76.52±14.08)ng/mL in the study group were lower than those in the control group(43.29±8.56)mg/L,(4.14±0.52)ng/mL,(129.81±14.24)ng/mL,the VAS score(2.97±0.35)points and fracture healing time(5.61±0.47)weeks of the study group were better than the control group(5.06±0.33)points,(6.84±0.39)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.804,3.861,3.936,3.842,3.734,P<0.05);the excellent rate of Johner-Wruhs score in the study group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,77.78%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.604,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment of patients with middle and lower tibial fractures with Bushen Duanxu decoction can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines in patients,reduce the patients'pain,shorten the healing time of fractures,and promote the recovery of patients'lower limb function.
