摘要
目的探讨临床免疫检验过程中应用质量控制思路对检测前中后实施有效控制的重要性。方法收集该院2019年1—6月检测的580份临床免疫检验标本,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组290份。其中对照组检验组患者采取常规的临床免疫检验模式,观察组采用患者标本则在临床免疫检检测过程中采用免疫检验分析的质量控制方法对检测过程进行全程质量控制。统计分析两组患者标本的免疫检验结果以及变异系数。结果观察组患者标本的免疫检测结果平均变异指数显著低于对照组,其中CA-199变异指数为(31.67±1.64),对照组(68.64±4.12)(t=3.611,P<0.05);CA-125变异指数为(34.54±2.64),对照组(61.75±4.42)(t=2.951,P<0.05);CEA变异指数为(33.45±0.78),对照组(58.43±4.28)(t=1.265,P<0.05);AFP变异指数为(36.56±2.01),对照组(62.59±63.0)(t=2.001,P<0.05);PSA变异指数为(34.33±1.32),对照组(67.34±6.34)(t=1.266,P<0.05)。通过对检测过程和结果进行分析,发现了对临床免疫检测过程的影响因素,仪器使用维护、操作者的专业水平以及样本本身情况均是影响临床免疫检测质量重要因素。结论临床免疫检验中应用质量控制思路可以提升检测质量,可以进一步在临床实验室推广和使用。
Objective To explore the importance of applying quality control ideas in clinical immunoassays for effective control before,during,and after testing.Methods A total of 580 clinical immunoassay specimens tested in the hospital from January to June 2019 were collected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 290 in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group adopted the routine clinical immunoassay model,and the observation group adopted the patient specimens in the clinical immunoassay testing process,and used the quality control method of immunoassay analysis to control the entire quality of the testing process,statistical analysis of the immune test results and coefficient of variation of the two groups of patient specimens.Results The average variation index of the immunoassay results of the specimens in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,of which the CA-199 variation index was(31.67±1.64)and the control group(68.64±4.12)(t=3.611,P<0.05);the CA-125 variation index was(34.54±2.64),control group(61.75±4.42)(t=2.951,P<0.05);CEA variation index was(33.45±0.78),control group(58.43±4.28)(t=1.265,P<0.05);AFP variation index was(36.56±2.01),the control group was(62.59±6.30)(t=2.001,P<0.05);the PSA variation index was(34.33±1.32),and the control group was(67.34±6.34)(t=1.266,P<0.05).Through the analysis of the detection process and results,it is found that the factors affecting the clinical immunoassay process,at the same time,it is found that the use of equipment maintenance,the professional level of the operator and the sample itself are important factors that affect the quality of clinical immunoassay.Conclusion The application of quality control ideas in clinical immunoassays can improve the quality of testing and can be further promoted and used in clinical laboratories.
