基于系统耦合及3S技术的区域水土资源耦合模式的研究进展

摘要 水土资源的配比与耦合方式,直接影响了区域社会经济的快速发展,同样也是区域生态环境是否保持健康、平衡、可持续发展的重要因素之一。文章对水土资源配置优化的研究领域进行了梳理,重点突出了基于"系统耦合"和"3S"集成技术背景下的两种水土资源配置模式,旨在分析在人工干预与作用下的水土资源配置所产生的环境效应,进而能够更好地维护区域水土资源配置,优化水土资源结构,缓解资源配比失衡所产生的经济及社会问题。 The proportion and coupling mode of soil and water resources directly affects the rapid development of regional social economy, and is also one of the important factors for the healthy, balanced and sustainable development of regional ecological environment. In this paper, the research field of soil and water resource allocation optimization is reviewed, and two soil and water resource allocation modes based on the background of "system coupling" and "3S" integration technology are highlighted. The purpose is to analyze the environmental effect of soil and water resource allocation under artificial intervention and action, so as to better maintain the regional soil and water resource allocation, optimize the structure of soil and water resource, and alleviate the economic and social problems caused by the imbalance of resource ratio.
