合同能源管理在煤粉锅炉节能改造的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究合同能源管理(EPC)在综合节能服务的运营及盈利模式,以高效煤粉工业锅炉节能改造为对象,研究EPC在节能型煤粉工业锅炉领域的应用,提出EPC服务模式为能源托管、智能管理、设备租赁、专业维护、效益共享。探讨了EPC节能服务为用能企业提供技术风险及运营成本零投入的运行特点,分析了EPC为用能客户提供节能诊断及能耗降低方案,从节能设施改造、能耗监测监控、后期使用维护、节能效益分配全流程管理服务,根据能耗能峰值负荷、动态优化用能方案等综合监测评估,实现EPC综合节能服务管理节约能效3%~5%。结果表明:煤粉工业锅炉以销定产的EPC节能综合服务是国内节能锅炉改造运营及盈利的有效思路与方法之一。 In order to research the operation and profit model of integrated service in energy efficiency renovation using Energy Performance Contracting(EPC),the application of EPC in energy saving industrial pulverized coal boiler was studied with the study object of energy efficiency renovation of high-efficiency industrial pulverized coal boiler.It was proposed that the service model of EPC is consist of energy custody,intelligent management,equipment leasing,expertly maintenance and benefit sharing.The operation characteristics of risk and zero-input in operation adopted EPC in enterprises using energy were discussed.The diagnosis and project of energy conservation given by EPC were analyzed.Through the ways of renovation of energy-saving facilities,energy consumption monitoring,post-use maintenance,whole-process management of energy saving benefits distribution,the energy conservation can achieved 3%~5%which is evaluated considering peak load of energy dissipation and dynamic optimization scheme of energy utilization by the EPC.The result indicates that:for industrial pulverized coal boiler,the EPC energy conservation integrated service of producing according to sales is an effective way to transform,operate and get profit.
