摘要
新时代背景下,高等外语教育要主动服务国家发展战略,大学法律英语教学的重要性日益凸显。明确大学法律英语教学的目的和任务,深刻理解《大学法律英语教学大纲》的目标要求,直接关系到涉外法律人才的培养质量,是保障并不断提升法律英语课程教学效果的前提。本文从英语语言教学、法律知识教学、法律文化渗透以及法务实践能力培养等方面对《大学法律英语教学大纲》进行解读,以期明晰大学法律英语教学目标,提高涉外法律人才培养质量。
In the new era,higher foreign languages education should serve the national development strategy initiatively,which highlights the importance of college legal English teaching gradually.To ascertain the objectives and tasks of college legal English teaching and to deeply understand the goal request of College Legal English Syllabus would directly relate to the cultivation quality of foreign legal talents,and also the precondition to maintain and promote the teaching effect of legal English course continuously.The paper reads“Syllabus”through the aspects of English language teaching,legal knowledge teaching,infiltration of legal culture,legal practice capability training and expects to clarify the teaching objectives of college legal English teaching in order to improve cultivation quality of foreign legal talents.
