摘要
研究了一种密集堆垛式货架仓储系统,通过堆垛式货架仓储单元的设计,满足了货物的出入库条件。通过对堆垛式货架存储单元尺寸的设计及数量的合理组合,可以形成多种满足客户需要的密集堆垛式仓储系统,此系统将传统的辊子固定设计为可以存取货物升降的辊子组合,减少传统动力式货架辊子的使用数量,降低了仓储系统的造价,提高了货物出入库效率。
In this paper, a kind of dense stacking shelf storage system is studied, which satisfies the conditions of goods in and out of storage through the design of stacking shelf storage unit. Through the reasonable combination of the size and quantity of the storage unit of the stacked shelf, a variety of dense stacking storage systems can be formed to meet the needs of customers. In this system, the traditional roller is fixed as a roller combination that can access the goods up and down, so as to reduce the number of rollers used in traditional power shelves, decrease the cost of the storage system, and improve the efficiency of goods in and out of the warehouse.
