摘要
淮扬文化内涵非常丰富,既有活态运河文化——淮扬运河本体,及管漕、管河、管盐官衙文化等相关物质文化遗产,又有运河号子、运河诗文等非物质文化遗产,更有语言、民俗、学术等方面的文化遗产。这些遗产形成原因都与淮扬文化与不同地域的文化相互交流、互相吸纳、共同发展的过程有十分密切的关系。所以,淮扬文化要素中折射出来的核心人文价值特别明显,即开放包容,合作共赢。
Huaiyang culture is both multi-faceted and variegated.On one hand,there is the Huaiyang Canal,cradle of the culture,together with those tangible cultural heritages such as government agencies responsible for the administration of channels,rivers and salt.On the other hand,there are intangible cultural heritages in the form of the canal haozi(chant of work)and poems.Of great importance also are the relevant folklore,science,and celebrities.All resulted from the intercourse and mutual promotion between Huaiyang culture and cultures of other regions.Hence the core humanistic values of Huaiyang culture,namely,openness,eclecticism,and win-win cooperation.
