摘要
基于中国省域面板数据,利用面板空间滞后模型剖析了房价高增长对企业家创业精神的影响机制.结果 表明,中国省域企业家创业精神呈现出典型的空间集聚特征;房价高增长阻碍了企业家创业精神的发挥,但金融发展水平与市场化程度提升对此负向影响具有补偿作用;房价高增长对不同类型企业创业精神的影响存在显著差异,与生存型企业家创业精神相比,其对机会型企业家创业精神的负向影响更为突出;机制检验结果发现,房价高增长带来的投资结构扭曲及用工成本攀升是阻碍企业家创业精神发挥的重要原因.研究结论为实施房地产调控政策提供了新的理论支持,同时为如何激发企业家创业精神所蕴含的正能量提供了解决思路.
This paper,based on China’s provincial panel data,explores the impact of high growth of housing prices on it with a Spatial panel lag model.The results show that entrepreneurship presents a typical characteristic of spatial agglomeration.The high growth of housing prices hinders the development of entrepreneurship,but financial development and marketization can compensate for such negative impact.The impact of high growth of housing prices on different types of entrepreneurship is significantly different.Compared with the survival entrepreneurship,the negative impact on the opportunity entrepreneurship is more prominent.Further study shows that the crowding-out effect is transmitted through the channels of distorted investment direction and soaring labor costs.The conclusions of this paper provide new theoretical supports for the implementation of real estate regulation policies,and provide solutions to effectively stimulate entrepreneurship.
