摘要
牛至是唇形科牛至属一种传统中药及重要的经济植物。从牛至中提取的植物精油牛至精油具有良好的抑菌消炎、抗氧化等作用,能较好地促进动物生长、提高动物机体免疫力,且不具有耐药性,是一种理想的抗生素替代品,已是世界范围内公认的天然饲料添加剂。目前在无抗饲料生产中对于牛至的需求量越来越大,因此扩大牛至资源量、提高栽培繁育技术是目前亟待解决的问题,作者就牛至的资源、繁育、栽培等方面的研究现状进行了综述,对牛至后期的良种选育、规范化栽培、集约化栽培管理等提供重要的理论参考。
Origanum vulgare L.is an important economic species in Labiatae.It has a long history of medicinal use and is commonly used to treat gastroenteritis,abdominal pain and other diseases.Origanum essential oil is a kind of plant essential oil extracted from O.vulgare.Previous studies have shown that the oil has excellent bactericidal,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect,it can promote the growth of animals and improve the immunity of animals.It has no drug resistance,accordingly it is an ideal substitute of antibiotics and has been recognized as a natural feed additive in the world.At present,the demand for O.vulgare is increasing in the production of non resistant feed,therefore,it is urgent to expand the resources of O.vulgare and improve the cultivation and breeding technology.In this paper,the research progress on the resources,breeding and cultivation of O.vulgare is reviewed in order to provide important theoretical reference for the breeding of improved varieties,standardized cultivation and intensive cultivation management of it.
