摘要
为满足教育现代化的需求,俄罗斯遵循以实践为导向的教师教育培养模式。通过对俄罗斯教育实践目标、内容、形式的阐述,呈现出俄罗斯教育实践大中小学合作化、评价严格化、能力职业化的特点,指出当前我国教师教育实习中存在的问题,为推动我国卓越教师的发展,提出大中小学合作实现共赢、提高实习门槛、加强职业能力培养等优化职前教师教育的路径。
In order to supply the needs of educational modernization in the new period,Russia follows the practice-oriented teacher education training model.Through the exposition on the goal,content and form of Russian educational practice,this paper presents the characteristics of the cooperation among universities,primary and secondary schools,strict evaluation and professionalization of ability in Russian educational practice.We point out the problems existing in the current teacher education internships in China,and to push forward the development of outstanding teachers in China,we would also propose solutions to the optimization of pre-occupation education,such as win-win cooperation among universities,middle schools and primary schools,enhancement of internship threshold and strengthening the occupational abilities.
