摘要
目的探究对糖尿病患者应用健康教育模式护理的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月-2019年6月来该院就诊的86例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同随机均分为常规组和研究组,每组43例。其中,常规组给予一般护理模式,研究组应用健康教育模式护理模式,对比两组患者出院后自我管理情况及血糖、体重控制情况。结果研究组患者出院后在饮食管理、血糖检测、每日运动、足部护理、遵医用药方面的依从率均高于常规组;研究组患者出院后3个月的FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc、BMI的水平控制良好,均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者应用健康教育模式护理能够增强其自护意识与能力,提高院外治疗的依从性,帮助患者控制血糖与体重。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education model nursing for diabetic patients.Methods 86 diabetic patients who came to the hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were randomly divided into routine group and research group,43 cases in each group.Among them,the routine group was given general nursing mode,and the study group was given health education mode.The self-management,blood glucose and weight control of patients in the two groups were compared after discharge.Results The compliance rate of the patients in the study group in diet management,blood glucose test,daily exercise,foot care and drug compliance was higher than that in the routine group;the FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc and BMI levels in the study group were well controlled and lower than that in the routine group 3 months after discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education model nursing to diabetic patients can enhance their self-care awareness and ability,improve the compliance of out of hospital treatment,and help patients control blood sugar and weight.
