摘要
应用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDX)研究了闪镀铁预处理对冷轧钢板在电镀锌镀液中电沉积锌层微观形貌的影响,SEM及EDX结果表明:进行闪镀预处理后,钢板表面覆盖了一层网状多孔结构的闪镀铁层,随着闪镀时间的延长,表面闪镀铁层逐步变得致密完整。随后将不同时间闪镀铁预处理的钢板表面进行电镀锌,SEM结果表明,随着闪镀铁时间的延长,表面锌层由初始的片状、锥状混合掺杂生长的晶粒结构,转变为更为均匀分布的片层状晶粒结构。经闪镀铁预处理的钢板,后续电镀锌的表面质量得到有效提升。
In this study,the influence of iron flash plating on the morphology of the zinc electrodeposition on steel sheets was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray detector(EDX).The results showed that a layer of iron plating with pores was formed on the surface of the steel substrate.The iron layer became more compact with the increasing flash plating time.Zn electrodeposition was performed after iron flash plating pretreatment.It was found that the morphology of zinc coating varied from initial plate and ridge mixed morphology to a well-distributed thin-layer hexagonal plates with the increasing flash plating time.The surface quality of the Zn electrodeposition was effectively improved after the iron flash plating pretreatment.
