摘要
非公企业党建与企业的融合发展是中国特色现代企业制度的创新之举,然而组织异质、客观形势、自身建设等掣肘问题导致了非公企业党建面临难以与经营发展相融合的困境。在对宁波北仑区域大碶横杨、灵峰两大工业型社区下辖121家80人以上规模企业开展专题调研的基础上,明确非公企业党建应构建“三服务”协同机制,营造“嵌入式”工作格局,以“红色引擎”激活非公产业新动能,持续探索党建引领和企业发展的共进双赢路径。
The integration of non-public Party construction and enterprise development is an innovation of modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics.However,organizational heterogeneity,objective situation,self construction and other constraints lead to the difficulties of integration of non-public Party construction and business development.Based on the special investigation of 121 large-scale enterprises with more than 80 people under the jurisdiction of Daqi Hengyang and Lingfeng industrial communities in Beilun District,Ningbo,it is clear that the Party construction of non-public enterprises should build a“three service”coordination mechanism,create an“embedded”working pattern,activate the new driving force of non-public industries with the“Red Engine”,and continue to explore the winwin path of Party construction leading and enterprise development.
