摘要
目的:探讨黄金微针射频联合透明质酸在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用。方法:选取笔者医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的40例面部皮肤老化患者为研究对象,使用黄金微针射频联合透明质酸对其进行治疗。治疗2个月后由主治医生根据患者皱纹、毛孔、纹理及色斑等综合情况对其临床疗效进行评价,并采用笔者医院自制量表对治疗后患者满意度进行评价。结果:40例患者均完成1个疗程的治疗,其中显效26例(65.00%),有效14例(35.00%),无效0例(0.00%)。治疗后,23例(57.50%)患者表示非常满意,16例(40.00%)患者表示满意,患者满意度高。结论:黄金微针射频联合透明质酸在面部皮肤年轻化中应用效果显著,可明显改善患者老化肌肤,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of gold microneedle radio frequency combined with hyaluronic acid in facial skin rejuvenation.Methods 40 patients with facial skin aging admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study object,and treated with gold micro needle radio frequency and hyaluronic acid.After two months of treatment,the doctor in charge evaluated the clinical effect according to the comprehensive situation of patients'wrinkles,pores,texture,color spots,etc.,and evaluated the patients'satisfaction with the self-made scale of our hospital.Results All the 40 patients completed a course of treatment,among which 26 cases were effective(65.00%),14 cases were effective(35.00%),and 0 case was ineffective(0.00%).After treatment,23 patients(57.50%)were very satisfied,16 patients(40.00%)were satisfied,and the patient satisfaction was high.Conclusion The application of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with transparent sulphuric acid in the facial skin rejuvenation is significant,which can significantly improve the aging skin of patients,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
