摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES),对植物菘蓝和马蓝的根和叶以及种植地土壤中Li、Be、Cu、Zn、Al、Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Na、Cr、Co、V、Ni、Ga、Sr、Sb、Ba、Bi和Tl共20种元素的含量进行了测定。结果表明,菘蓝和马蓝叶片中的营养元素含量高于根中的营养元素含量。Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Na元素的含量明显高于其他元素的含量,植物菘蓝对K和Ca营养元素的富集作用最强,植物马蓝对K、Ca和Mg营养元素的富集强度最强。本研究具有方法简单、分析速度快等特点,为植物菘蓝和马蓝营养元素示踪研究奠定了基础。
The contents of 20 elements,including Li,Be,Cu,Zn,Al,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Na,Cr,Co,V,Ni,Ga,Sr,Sb,Ba,Bi and Tl in the roots and leaves of isatis indigotica,baphicacabnthus cusia(nees)bremek and soil were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)and Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy(ICP-OES).The results showed that the content of nutrient elements in isatis indigotica and baphicacabnthus cusia(nees)bremek leaves was higher than in roots,especially the content of Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Na.In isatis indigotica,K and Ca have the strongest enrichment effect on nutrient elements,while in baphicacabnthus cusia(nees)bremek,K,Ca,Mg have the strongest enrichment effect.The method in the study is simple and fast which laid a foundation for the study of nutrient element tracing of isatis indigotica and baphicacabnthus cusia(nees)bremek.
