马铃薯疮痂病防治药剂的筛选与评价 被引量:5

Screening and evaluation of fungicides against potato scab

摘要 为筛选防治马铃薯疮痂病有效药剂,将20%噻唑锌悬浮剂、50%氟啶胺悬浮剂、40%甲醛水乳剂、33.5%喹啉铜悬浮剂、99%对苯二酚可湿性粉剂、30%碱式硫酸铜悬浮剂、22.4%氟唑菌苯胺悬浮剂、50%氯溴异氰尿酸钠可湿性粉剂、20%噻菌铜悬浮剂、53.8%氢氧化铜干悬浮剂10种化学药剂,采用药剂浸种或沟喷带病种薯两种方法,进行马铃薯疮痂病田间药剂试验。结果表明,各药剂对马铃薯出苗均无药害并有不同程度的防治效果,防效介于30.15%~70.61%之间,其中33.5%喹啉铜200倍液浸种的效果最好,为70.61%;20%噻唑锌500倍液沟喷的效果最好,为70.12%。 In order to screen effective fungicides for controlling potato scab,a total of 10 chemicals including 20%thiazolium zinc SC,50%fluridamine SC,40%formaldehyde water emulsion,33.5%quinoline copper SC,99%hydroquinone WP,30%basic copper sulfate SC,22.4%fluazolidine SC,50%chloro-bromoisocyanuric acid sodium wettable powder,20%thiazolium copper SC and 53.8%copper hydroxide SC were used in this research,the field experiment of fungicide on potato scab was carried out by seed soaking with medicament and spraying medicament in furrow.The results showed that potato seedling emergence was not affected by the fungicides,but different fungicides exhibited different degrees of control effects,which were ranging from 30.15%to 70.61%.By seed soaking,the 33.5%oxine-copper was found the best effect at200 times(70.61%).By furrow spraying,the 20%zinc thiazole was observed the best effect at 500 times(70.12%).
