摘要
2020年初,由于新冠肺炎病毒肆虐,我国公共图书馆被迫暂时关闭。本文简要梳理了新冠肺炎疫情防控期间我国公共图书馆采取的应对措施,围绕疫情对公共图书馆造成的影响进行了分析,并从应急管理机制、创新服务模式、推进开放获取与人文关怀方面对疫情防控背景下公共图书馆服务效能提升进行了分析和探索。
In the early 2020,public libraries were forced to be temporarily closed because of Novel Coronavirus pneumonia.This paper briefly reviews the measures that public library in China took during the period of epidemic prevention and control of Novel Coronavirus pneumonia,analyzes impact of the COVID-19 on public libraries as well as examines and explores the improvement of public library service efficiency under the background of epidemic prevention and control from the aspects of emergency management mechanism,innovative service mode,promoting open access and humanistic care.
