摘要
介绍了陶瓷型芯在高温合金精密铸造过程中的应用。通过模拟结合试验,探讨了陶瓷型芯结构设计时的影响因素,陶瓷型芯入厂检验要素,陶瓷型芯在蜡模压制过程中的受力特点;测量了陶瓷型芯在精密铸造各个过程中的抗弯强度和其在残蜡焙烧及浇注过程中的整体尺寸变化,为高温合金熔模铸造工艺中陶瓷型芯的正确使用提供成套方法。
The application technology of ceramic core in superalloy precision casting process was described.The factors influencing the design of ceramic core structure and entering inspection items were discussed by means of computer simulation.Characteristics of ceramic core stress and deformation during wax injection were predicted.The bending strength of the ceramic core in various processes of investment casting was measured,and the overall dimensional change of the ceramic core in the residual wax burning and casting process was investigated,which provided a complete method of correctly employing ceramic core in investment casting process and revealed the"black box"of ceramic cores as well.
