摘要
从新中国竞技体育举国体制的建立,到金牌体育使体育远离学生、应试教育使学生远离体育,从"体教结合""教体结合"的探索,到体教融合促进青少年健康发展,总结青少年健康发展面临的体育与教育关系问题。认为:关于"体教结合""教体结合"35年的探索未能构建起促使二者结合的竞训体系,"学训矛盾"未得到真正解决。对新时代体教融合促进青少年健康发展的策略进行展望:加强学校体育,夯实青少年健康发展基础;完善青少年体育赛事体系,打通体教融合核心节点;加强体校、体育传统特色学校和高校高水平运动队建设,助力"今日之星"成为"明日领袖";鼓励社会体育组织参与,构建多元投入的青少年体育治理体系。
The establishment of the national system for competitive sports in new China and the goldmedaloriented sports keep sports away from students while the examination-oriented education keeps students away from sports.The issues including the combination of sports and physical education as well as the integration of sports and education are explored to promote the healthy development of teenagers,trying to find out the problems of the relasionships between the two.It is believed that the 35 years’ exploration of the combination of sports and physical education has yet not established a competitive training system which is in line with the good combination of the two,and the "contradiction between studing and training" has not been really solved.The strategies to promote the healthy development of youth by the integration of sports and edcation in the new era is put forward as follows:to strengthen the school physical education to lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of teenagers;to deepen the integration of sports and physical education to promote the coordinated development of young people’s academic learning and physical exercises;to improve the system of youth sports competitions to get through the core node of integration of sports and education;to strengthen the construction of sports schools,schools with sports characteristics and high-level sports teams in universities to help "today’s stars" become "tomorrow’s leaders";and to encourage the participation of social sports organizations to build a governance system for youth with multiple inputs.
