摘要
目的:探讨焦点解决模式在激光治疗口腔黏膜白斑中的应用价值。方法:随机将94例口腔黏膜白斑分为对照组和观察组各47例,分别给予常规护理模式和焦点解决模式护理。观察2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、简易应对问卷(SCSQ)、口腔健康影响程度量表-14中文版(OHIP-14)评分、吸烟、饮酒的发生率和护理满意度。结果:入组1月时观察组患者SAS、SDS、消极应对评分及吸烟、饮酒发生率均低于同期对照组(P<0.05),CD-RISC、OHIP-14、积极评分、护理满意度均显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:焦点解决模式用于口腔黏膜白斑具有积极效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:to explore the application effect of focus solution mode in laser treatment of oral leukoplakia.Methods:94 patients of oral leukoplakia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 47 cases in each group,and routine nursing mode and focus solving mode were given respectively.The scores of SAS,SDS,CD-RISC,SCSQ,OHIP-14,incidence of smoking,drinking,nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:at the end of the first month,the SAS,SDS,negative coping score,smoking,drinking rates of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),while the CD-RISC,OHIP-14,positive score,nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:focus solution model has a positive effect on oral leukoplakia,and it is worthy of clinical application.
