摘要
教师是教育的根本,师德是教师的灵魂。研究基于对新中国成立70年以来国家教师制度进行文本分析,分别就新中国成立初期、特殊时期、改革开放初期、改革开放发展时期以及21世纪以来五个阶段进行师德要求的特征分析,得出以下主要结论:(1)师德内容从单一政治化倾向朝多元结构化方向发展,师德要求从经验层面向制度化、规范化方向发展;(2)师德要求经历了从“教师个人道德”到“教师职业道德”的曲折演变,未来应该向着“教师专业道德”的方向发展;(3)师德要求在高尚师德与底线师德之间徘徊,未来应该着力于细化师德内容结构层次,借以进一步明晰师德评价标准。
Teacher is the foundation of education,and teacher's ethics is the soul of teacher.The study proceeded text analysis based on the national system about teacher during 70 years since establish of new China.It conducted the feature analysis of the requisition of teacher's ethics from 5 stages.Which are early years of the new nation,special stage,initial stages for reform and opening-up,developmental epochs of reform and opening-up and since new century.The study obtained main conclusion as follow.⑴The content of teacher's ethics develops from tendency of only politicize to direction of multielement structuring.And the demand of teacher's ethics develops from experience lay to direction of systematism and normalize.(2)The demand of teacher's ethics goes through the zigzag evolution from individual morality of teacher to professional ethics of teacher.It should face the direction of professional ethics of teacher.(3)The demand of teacher's ethics hovers between nobility and underscore teacher's ethics for a long time.In the future,it should put forth effort detailing the layer of structure about content for teacher's ethics,and for the purpose of clear the evaluation criterion of teacher's ethics.
