聚氨酯硬泡在节能建筑中的应用及性能优化研究进展 被引量:7

Application and optimization of polyurethane rigid foam plastics in energy saving buildings

摘要 综述了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(简称聚氨酯硬泡)在节能建筑中的应用及性能优化研究进展。聚氨酯硬泡外墙外保温系统的施工方法有现场喷涂法、现场浇注法、黏贴法和干挂法。对黏贴法和干挂法使用的聚氨酯保温板,从板的结构、板的强度以及板的阻燃性能进行了概述。对聚氨酯板的结构进行改进可以防止聚氨酯板弯曲并可与建筑物表面黏结紧密,便于施工;对聚氨酯板的强度和阻燃性能进行优化,可以提升板材强度,在节能降耗的同时,阻燃性能得以提升。 This paper reviews the application of polyurethane rigid foam plastics in energy saving buildings and research progress of the optimization for the materials.The application of polyurethane rigid foam in external thermal insulation of exterior wall include in situ spraying,in situ pouring,pasting and dry hanging.The polyurethane board applied in pasting and dry hanging is introduced in terms of its structure,strength,and flame retardancy.The structure of polyurethane board is upgraded to prevent it from bending and help to stick to the wall of the buildings tightly for construction.The strength and flame retardancy of the board are optimized to improve the performance of the board.
