摘要
数字贸易是21世纪经济发展进程中出现的一种新型贸易模式,其将数字技术、互联网经济与国际贸易深度融合在一起,相比传统贸易模式有效地降低了国家间跨境贸易成本,扩大了需求空间,对于提升经济增长动力具有重大意义。研究通过整理多方文献研究中对数字贸易内涵的界定,认为数字贸易是在信息自由流动的现代化经济中,以数字化技术为核心、互联网信息平台为基础交互运行的国内外贸易活动。进一步运用比较分析法辨析了数字贸易与传统贸易的区别,针对不同视角下对全球数字贸易的研究进展进行综述与评价。最后基于数字贸易的现有研究内容,结合发展中存在的问题,对数字贸易未来的研究方向提出展望,为数字贸易的后续研究提供参考。
Digital trade is a new trade mode emerging in the economic development of the 21st century.It integrates in depth digital technology,Internet economy,and international trade.Compared with traditional trade mode,it effectively reduces the cost of cross-border trade between countries and expands the demand space.This is of great significance for enhancing the momentum of economic growth.After clearing up the connotations and definitions of digital trade in a variety of literature and researches,this paper concludes that digital trade,in a modernized economy with free flow of information,is a domestic and international trade activity that operates interactively on the basis of digital technology and the Internet information platform.Then,a comparative analysis is made about the difference between digital trade and traditional trade,with an overview and commentary on the research progress of global digital trade from different perspectives.Finally,based on the available research content of digital trade in combination with the problems existing in the development,the future research direction of digital trade is put forward,which provides a reference for the follow-up research of digital trade.
