摘要
提出了一种新型LTCC电感耦合带通滤波器。通过分析传统的T型结构,发现该结构有利于滤波器的小型化设计。由此提出的一种新型电感耦合结构,通过将三个电感变换为两个电感并降低电感值可以进一步缩小滤波器尺寸。HFSS仿真结果证实,该新型结构可以满足低频滤波器的性能要求,同时由于电感个数减小、电感值降低,还可以有效减小滤波器尺寸。
A new type of LTCC inductance-coupled band-pass filter is proposed in this paper.By analyzing the traditional T-type structure,we found that the T-type structure is beneficial to the miniaturization design of filters.A new inductance-coupled structure is proposed,which can further narrow the filter size by converting three-inductance structure to two-inductance structure and reducing the inductance value.The results of HFSS simulation show that the new structure filter can meet the performance requirements of low-frequency filters and effectively reduce the filter size because of the reduction of number of inductore and its inductance value.
