摘要
介绍了常见Mg-Gd系合金的力学性能,以是否生成长周期堆垛有序相为划分标准,重点分析了关键强化相β′、长周期堆垛有序相及二者形成的复合强化模型的强韧化机理,探讨了目前研究的不足之处,最后,提供了设计高强Mg-Gd系合金的思路。
Mechanical properties of common Mg-Gd based alloys are introduced in this paper.Based on the division standard of whether the long period stacking ordered phases are generated or not,the strengthening and toughening mechanism of key strengthening phaseβ′phase,long period stacking ordered phase and corresponding compound strengthening model is analyzed emphatically.The shortcomings of the current research are illustrated,and finally,the idea of designing high strength Mg-Gd based alloys is provided.
