摘要 为了研究辅助装置结构参数对新型聚能装药性能的影响,利用AUTODYN-2D对新型药型罩结构进行了数值仿真分析。通过对球缺药型罩添加辅助装置,并改变辅助装置的结构参数得出:辅助装置的添加可使EFP向JPC转换,辅助装置参数的选取直接影响JPC的性能,辅助装置水平宽度a的增加,可使射流速度明显增大,头部速度可达5318 m/s;开口直径L增加,降低了射流速度,同时长度也缩短;当辅助装置材料选取密度更大的材料时,速度提高了7.2%。研究结果可为毁伤元之间的模式转换以及进一步优化设计杆式射流提供参考。 In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the auxiliary device on the performance of the new shaped charge,the numerical simulation analysis of the new shaped charge structure was carried out by using AUTODYN-2D.By adding auxiliary devices to the spherical charge lacking liner and changing the structural parameters of the auxiliary devices,it is concluded that the addition of auxiliary devices can convert EFP to JPC,and the selection of the parameters of the auxiliary devices directly affects the performance of JPC,and the increase of the horizontal width a of the auxiliary devices can significantly increase the jet velocity,the velocity of the head can reach 5318 m/s;the increase in the opening diameter L reduces the jet velocity and the length is also shortened;when the material of the auxiliary device is selected with a higher density,the velocity is increased by 7.2%.The research results can provide reference for the mode conversion between the penetrator and the further optimization design of the rod jet.
