摘要
黄河泥沙问题突出,建设淤地坝、防治水土流失是解决黄河泥沙问题的重要措施,但现有淤地坝存在溃决风险高、管护压力大、拦沙不充分等问题。为了突破淤地坝坝身过流难题、充分发挥淤地坝的生态保护修复效益,创新性地提出了高标准免管护淤地坝设计运用理念,基于小流域水文计算新方法、淤地坝新坝型结构、黄土固化新材料、设计施工新技术等,构建了高标准免管护淤地坝理论技术体系。与传统淤地坝的技术经济比较表明,高标准免管护淤地坝可以实现防溃决、免管护、多拦沙、降造价的目标,能更好地发挥淤地坝的综合效益,支撑黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。
The sediment problem of the Yellow River is prominent,while constructing check dams to prevent soil erosion is an important measure to solve this serious problem.However,the existing check dams have many problems,such as high risk of dam break,high stress of management and protection,high insufficiency of sediment retention and so on.In this study,in order to break through the issue of flowing o⁃ver dam body and give full play to the ecological protection and restoration benefits of check dam,the design and operation concept for the high⁃standard and no management and protection check dam was presented innovatively,and an theoretical and technical system was pro⁃posed based on new hydrological calculation method,new dam type structure,new loess solidification material and the new design and con⁃struction technology for check dam.Compared with the traditional check dam in technology and economy,the high⁃standard and no manage⁃ment and protection check dam can prevent dam breaking,avoid management and protection,intercept more sediment,and reduce the cost of construction,thus play the function of check dam better and support ecological conservation and high⁃quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
