摘要
目的减少固定献血者流失,进一步做好固定献血者保留工作,宣传招募更多献血人群加入固定献血者队伍,提高固定献血者比例。方法采用迈科血液系统查询2016~2019年肇庆市固定献血者的相关资料,应用Excel 2003建立数据库和SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果2016~2019年肇庆市固定献血者比例呈增长趋势,但是增长趋势不明显,男性固定献血者比例高于女性固定献血者比例。结论随着肇庆市无偿献血宣传活动的深入以及市民素质的提高,固定献血者队伍不断扩大,但固定献血者全血比例总体水平不高。男性固定献血者比例高于女性固定献血者比例,可能与传统观念和宣传不到位有关。
Objective To reduce the loss of regular blood donors,to further improve the retention work of regular blood donors,to publicize and recruit more blood donors to join the ranks of regular blood donors,and to increase the proportion of regular blood donors.Methods The related data of regular blood donors from 2016 to 2019 in Zhaoqing city were inquired by Maike blood system,and the database established by Excel 2003 and SPSS18.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Results From 2016 to 2019,the proportion of regular blood donors in Zhaoqing showed an increasing trend,but it was not obvious.The proportion of male regular blood donors was higher than that of female.Conclusion With the promotion of the publicity campaign of voluntary blood donation and the improvement of citizens’quality in Zhaoqing city,the ranks of regular blood donors are expanding,but the overall level of whole blood ratio of regular blood donors is not high.The proportion of male regular blood donors is higher than that of female regular blood donors,which may be related to the traditional concept and inadequacy of publicities.
