CeO2修饰的Cu/AC催化丙三醇转化制乳酸的研究

摘要 采用等体积浸渍法制备CeO2修饰的Cu/AC催化剂,利用N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射和H2程序升温还原等表征手段对Cu基催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Cu基催化剂的主要活性组分为Cu纳米粒子;此外,CeO2和Cu之间有着较强的相互作用。在N2气氛下,以KOH为碱性添加剂,考察了Cu基催化剂在丙三醇水相催化转化制乳酸反应中的催化性能。结果表明,以CeO2修饰Cu/AC可显著提高催化剂的催化性能。同时考察了反应温度和反应时间对Cu-CeO2/AC催化剂催化性能的影响。以Cu-CeO2/AC-0.3为催化剂,在220℃下反应4 h,丙三醇转化率为100%,乳酸选择性达85.7%。 CeO2 modified Cu/AC catalysts are prepared by the incipient-wetness impregnation method,and characterized by N2 physical adsorption,X-ray powder diffraction and H2 temperature programmed reduction.The characterization results indicate that Cu nanoparticles are the main active species of the Cu-based catalysts,and there exists strong interaction between CeO2 and Cu nanoparticles.In the nitrogen atmosphere,the Cu-based catalysts are evaluated for the catalytic conversion of glycerol to lactic acid in an aqueous media with KOH as the additive.Reaction results show the modification with CeO2 can significantly improve the catalytic performance of Cu/AC.Effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the catalytic performance of Cu-CeO2/AC are studied.The conversion of glycerol achieves 100%and the selectivity of lactic acid reaches 85.7%when the reaction has been conducted at 220℃ over Cu-CeO2/AC-0.3 catalyst for 4 h.
