摘要
由于合肥滨湖新区覆盖大量软土从而影响城市未来建设,本文选用MgO、Na2CO3和GGBS通过不同掺量交互作用下来对当地软土固化处理.应用响应面法中常用的Box-Behnken法,其中响应值为三种影响因子MgO、Na2CO3以及GGBS各自掺量下在7d和28d不同养护龄期下的无侧限抗压强度值,得到GGBS、MgO、Na2CO3之间交互作用以及三种影响因子间的最优配合比,分别对应为13.65%∶2.48%∶3.47%,并在7d和28d不同养护龄期下的预测强度值对应为971.263Kpa和1675.33Kpa.上述研究成果对滨湖新区的工程发展提供一定参考依据.
As the Hefei lakeside area is covered with a large amount of soft soil,which affects the future construction development of the city,this paper selects MgO,Na2CO3 and GGBS to solidify the local soft soil through the interactions of different dosages.Using the Box-Behnken method commonly used in response surface methods,with the response values being the unconfined compressive strength values of the three influencing factors MgO,Na2CO3 and GGBS at the different curing ages of 7d and 28d,the interactions between MgO,Na2CO3 and GGBS are conducted and the optimal mix ratio between the three influencing factors is obtained,which measures as 13.65%∶2.48%∶3.47%,respectively,and the predicted strength values at different curing ages of 7d and 28d correspond to 971.263Kpa and 1675.33Kpa.The above research results provide a certain reference basis for the engineering development of the new Hefei lakeside area.
