摘要
近年来,以Mini-CEX、DOPS、OSCE等以情景模拟为方法、以反馈为核心、以临床综合能力为导向的考核评价越来越受到认可,如何将Mini-CEX、DOPS、OSCE考核评价方式结合起来,博采众长,构建较完善的实习生临床评价体系,从而培养出医德医风优秀、基本技能扎实及临床思维能力强等综合发展的医学实习生,是值得思考的问题。本文以我院实习生临床实践评价体系为例,阐述了如何构建以提升实习生临床实践综合能力为核心的临床实践评价体系,如何根据国情及本土文化设计相应的临床实践评估指标等问题。
In recent years,with the Mini-CEX,DOPS,OSCE for scenario simulation method,based on feedback and evaluation of clinical comprehensive ability oriented more and more recognized,how will the Mini-CEX combined evaluation,DOPS,OSCE,eclecticism,build a more perfect interns clinical evaluation system,so as to cultivate a good,solid basic skills of medical ethics,clinical thinking ability and the comprehensive development of the medical interns,it is worth thinking about.Taking the clinical practice evaluation system of interns in our hospital as an example,this paper expounds how to construct a clinical practice evaluation system with the core of improving the comprehensive ability of interns in clinical practice,and how to design corresponding clinical practice evaluation indicators according to national conditions and local culture.
