摘要
刮板输送机外部动态载荷的变化直接影响其使用寿命。本文主要研究了增加刮板外载荷对电机运行的影响。结合工程实际,建立某型刮板输送机的数值模型,并在MatLab/Simulink软件环境下建立了电机模型,给出了负载值以及电压频率变化对电机电流变化的影响规律和经验关系,并在实际的煤矿中进行了验证和应用,最终给出了刮板输送机的动态载荷预测以及不同载荷状态下的调节方案。
During the coal mining process,the changes in the external dynamic load of the scraper conveyor directly affect the service life of the equipment.This paper mainly studies the effect of increasing the external load of the scraper on the motor operation.The author combined the engineering practice to establish a numerical model of a certain type of scraper conveyor,and established a motor model in the MatLab/Simulink software environment.The influence rules and empirical relationships of the changes in load value and voltage and frequency on the motor current were given.It was verified and applied in an actual coal mine,and the dynamic load prediction of the scraper conveyor and the adjustment scheme under different load conditions were finally given.
