摘要 矿用EBZ150A型掘进机电控箱会受到其他部件激振力影响而产生共振,共振会引起箱内的元器件失灵、截齿磨损、螺栓脱落等故障,采用仿真模拟方法研究分析了截割臂、回转台、机架、后支撑对电控箱产生的振动影响,并提出了提高截割臂和回转台刚度、增加橡胶隔振器和新型锥形隔振器的减振措施,从运用表明,提出的隔振措施效果明显,提高了掘进机工作稳定性和设备使用寿命。 The vibration of EBZ150A mine driving electrical control box will be affected by the excitation force of other components,which will cause the failure of components,the wear of pick,the fall off of bolts and other faults in the box.The vibration effect of cutting arm,rotary table,frame and rear support on the electrical control box is studied and analyzed by using simulation method,and it is proposed to improve the rigidity of cutting arm and rotary table,and increase the rubber isolation The vibration reduction measures of the vibrator and the new cone-shaped vibration isolator show that the vibration isolation measures are effective and improve the working stability of the roadheader and the service life of the equipment.
