摘要
在对建筑企业服务化价值创造路径分析的基础上,分别探讨在项目交付前、项目交付和项目交付后三个阶段,建筑企业利用数字化技术驱动服务化创新的主要内容,指出通过充分挖掘和获取项目全生命周期信息与数据的价值所带来的潜在竞争优势,以期为建筑企业服务化创新总体方向和基本策略的提出提供参考借鉴。
Based on the analysis of service value creation path of construction enterprises,focusing on the three stages before project delivery,during project delivery and after project delivery,this paper respectively discusses the main contents of service innovation driven by digital technology of construction enterprises,and points out the potential competitive advantage brought by fully mining and obtaining the value of information and data in the whole life cycle of a project.Hopes to provide references for the construction enterprises to put forward the overall direction and basic strategy of servitization innovation.
