摘要
对国内外细菌耐药医院感染的流行现况及监测情况进行概述,并总结近年来耐药菌医院感染风险的定性、半定量和定量评估工具的应用进展,为后续综合重症监护室多重耐药菌医院感染风险评估工具的构建提供理论依据。
It aims to provide an overview of the prevalence and surveillance of drug-resistant bacterial nosocomial infection at home and abroad,and summarize the application progress of qualitative,semi-quantitative and quantitative assessment tools for the risk of drug-resistant bacterial nosocomial infection in recent years,thus,to provide theoretical basis for the construction of risk assessment tools for multi-drug resistant organism nosocomial infection in comprehensive intensive care unit.
