摘要
耳鼻喉专科医生的培训存在着很多难点,包括医疗环境改变导致年轻医生在临床工作中的限制、解剖知识的复杂性以及内镜手术练习机会的不足等。在传统的学习中,解剖和手术过程不可重复操作,且一旦失败成本很高,导致受训者学习速度缓慢,而且容易打消受训者的积极性,陷入恶性循环。虚拟仿真技术实现了在虚拟空间进行所有的操作和学习,包括对器官的解剖、手术的预演和临床过程的模拟等,其可重复操作性、多角度观察性等不仅可以让受训者反复操作加深学习印象、提高操作水平,而且大大增加了受训者的学习兴趣,为培养耳鼻喉专科医生提供了一种很好的方式。
There are many difficulties in the training of otolaryngology specialists,including the limitation for the new doctors in clinical work caused by the tense medical environment,the complexity of anatomy and the lack of opportunities for practice of endoscopic operations.In traditional learning,the anatomical and surgical processes are not repeatable,and the cost of failure is high,leading to slow learning speed of trainees,and it is easy to dismotivate trainees and get into a vicious circle.Virtual simulation technology can realize all operations and learning in virtual space,including the anatomy of organs,The rehearsals of surgery and the simulation of clinical process,whose repeatable operability and multi-angle observation can not only make trainees repeat operations and improve their operating skills,but also greatly increase their interests,which provides a good way for training the specialists.
