摘要
通过对SM490YB热轧H型钢进行FCAW焊接工艺试验,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察焊缝微观组织,分析焊接工艺对焊接接头微观组织演变和力学性能的影响。结果表明,FCAW焊接接头组织基本由不同形貌的铁素体和珠光体构成。受多层多道焊影响粗晶区组织变化较大。焊接接头无软化区,各部位硬度均高于母材。焊接接头室温抗拉强度为527.0 MPa,断裂位置在母材,满足EN10225标准要求。焊接接头的-20℃冲击吸收功平均值都大于36J,冲击韧性良好。
Through the FCAW welding process test of SM490YB hot-rolled H-section steel,the microstructure of the welds was observed by OM and SEM to analyze the influence of the welding process on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the joints.The results show that the structure of FCAW joints is composed of ferrite and pearlite with different morphologies.Affected by multi-pass welding,the structure of the coarse-grained region changes greatly.The welded joints have no softening zone,and the hardness of each part is higher than the base material.The tensile strength of the welded joints is 527.0 MPa and fractured on the base material,which meets the requirements of the EN10225 standard.No defects appeared in the bending test,and the average value of the-20℃impact absorption energy of the welded joints is greater than 36J,showing excellent low-temperature toughness of the FCAW joints.
