摘要
城市化进程的加速导致城市建设用地迅速扩张。运用扩张速度、扩张强度、灰色关联方法分析广西1999-2018年间城市建设用地时空差异及驱动因素。结果表明:(1)广西城市建设用地总面积持续增长,增长速度呈波动状态,从平缓增长到快速增长后回到平缓增长状态。(2)广西14市城市建设用地扩张具有明显的时空差异。桂中、桂东、桂南区域城市建设用地扩张速度先快后慢,桂西和桂北区域则先慢后快。整个研究期内,桂中、桂南、桂东城市建设用地扩张强度明显优于桂西和桂北。(3)高等学校数量、实际利用外资、城市人口、产业结构调整、经济发展是广西城市建设用地扩张的重要驱动因素。
The acceleration of urbanization leads to the rapid expansion of urban construction land.The spatial and temporal differences and driving factors of urban construction land in Guangxi from 1999 to 2018 were analyzed by means of expansion speed,expansion intensity and gray correlation method.The results show that:(1)the total area of urban construction land in Guangxi continues to grow,the growth rate is fluctuating,from flat growth to rapid growth,and then back to flat growth.(2)There are obvious spatial-temporal differences in urban construction land expansion in 14 cities of Guangxi.The expansion rate of urban construction land in central,eastern and southern Guangxi is first fast and then slow,while that in western and northern Guangxi is first slow and then fast.During the whole research period,the expansion intensity of urban construction land in central,southern and eastern Guangxi was significantly better than that in western and northern Guangxi.(3)The institutions of higher education,the foreign actual direct investment,the urban population,the adjustment of industrial structure and economic growth were important driving factors for the expansion of urban construction land in Guangxi.
