摘要
南水北调工程自2012年建设以来,对沿线地区水资源的合理分配利用及解决水资源短缺问题起到了重要作用,但由于其供水线路较长且不能修建太多的支线,因此,需要兴建调蓄型水库解决沿线缺水地区的供水问题。本文通过对兴建东湖水库的情况进行介绍,阐述了兴建该水库的必要性,并且通过列举2018年、2019年东湖水库的补水情况和向济南市章丘地区沿线区域的供水情况,分析了水库建成后给当地带来的实际效果。本文研究成果可为类似地区兴建调蓄型水库提供经验。
Since the construction of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in 2012,it has played an important role in the rational distribution and utilization of water resources along the line and in solving the problem of water shortage.However,due to its long water supply line and the inability to build too many branch lines,it is necessary to build storage reservoirs to solve the water supply problem in the water shortage areas along the line.This paper introduces the construction of the East Lake Reservoir,expounds the necessity of the construction of the reservoir,and analyzes the actual effects brought to the local area after the completion of the reservoir by listing the water supply of the East Lake Reservoir in 2018 and 2019 and the water supply to Jinan and Zhangqiu.It can provide experience for the construction of storage reservoirs in similar areas.
