摘要
以地铁沿线附近某住宅楼为检测对象,提出了在地铁运营振动影响下该住宅楼的检测鉴定技术路线及方法。通过对住宅楼开展外观损伤检查、沉降观测、变形检测以及地铁振动影响测试,并对检测数据进行分析,进而评估地铁振动对该楼结构安全及建筑振动环境的影响,并提供了相关处理建议,为地铁沿线建筑的检测鉴定及振动环境评估提供了参考依据。
Taking a residential building near the subway as the testing object,this paper puts forward the technical route and method of testing and appraising the building under the influence of subway operation vibration. Through carrying out appearance damage inspection,settlement observation,deformation detection and subway vibration impact test on the residential building,and analyzing the testing data,the paper evaluates the influence of subway vibration on the structural safety and the vibration environment of the building,and provides relevant treatment suggestions. Work in this paper provides reference for the detection and evaluation of the buildings near the subway lines.
