外源褪黑素对玉米幼苗盐胁迫的缓解效应研究 被引量:28

摘要 采用室内盆栽试验研究外源褪黑素对盐(NaCl)胁迫下甘农116玉米幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:盐胁迫抑制玉米幼苗的正常生长,与单独盐胁迫处理相比,添加0.01mmol/L的褪黑素处理能够显著促进玉米幼苗的生长,其幼苗SOD、CAT、POD和APX活性分别增加13.45%、295.86%、55.40%和52.38%,叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量分别上升了7.39%、11.34%、120.86%、67.58%和24.45%,过氧化氢含量和丙二醛含量显著下降了73.07%和90.27%,质膜透性也明显下降。与盐胁迫相比,外源褪黑素能够改善盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的光合作用,其净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别增加了50.74%、4.78%和25.80%,但胞间二氧化碳浓度却下降了33.84%,最大光化学效率、实际光化学效率和光化学猝灭系数分别增加了57.19%、30.78%和26.86%,非光化学猝灭系数下降了59.18%。表明外源褪黑素可以改善盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的生长状况。 Melatonin(MT)is an important protective factor for crops to resist abiotic stress.In order to explore the regulation effect of melatonin on salt tolerance of maize seedlings,a pot experiment was carried out on maize(cv.Gannong No.116)to analyze the alleviation effect of exogenous melatonin on the growth of seedlings under salt(NaCl)stress.The results showed that the normal growth of maize seedlings was inhibited by salt stress.Compared with salt stress alone,melatonin treatment with 0.01mmol/L could significantly promote the growth of maize seedlings.The activities of SOD,CAT,POD and APX were increased by 13.45%,295.86%,55.40%and 52.38%,respectively.The leaf relative water content,chlorophyll content,soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline content increased by 7.39%,11.34%,120.86%,67.58%and 24.45%respectively.The contents of hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)and malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased by 73.07%and 90.27%,and the permeability of plasma membrane also decreased significantly.Compared with salt stress,exogenous melatonin could improve photosynthesis of maize seedlings under salt stress.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)increased by 50.74%,4.78%and 25.80%respectively,but intercellular carbon dioxide content(Ci)decreased by 33.84%,and maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)increased by 57.19%,30.78%and 26.86%respectively,while the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)decreased by 59.18%.The results showed that exogenous melatonin could effectively improve the growth of maize seedlings under salt stress.
